Will the new Ultra-portable Apple MacBook contain a built-in wireless card to access the internet with services such as Sprint's EV-DO?

I just read about the Ultra-portable Apple MacBook rumor on engadget. The rumors so far haven't mentioned if the laptop will have a wireless anywhere card built in, making the need to use a wireless anywhere PCMCIA card unnecessary.

The dell laptops have had this option built in for some time. Apple has not. If Apple really wants to tap the business market this is a critical option in my opinion. If anyone has heard anything, please let me know

That's a great request. Unfortunately no one knows. Interestingly, Apple is joining the FCC's auction on wireless spectrum, which could be Apple's long-term plan towards support the iphone, wireless anywhere computing etc...

I'd give it a maybe. Apple is best pals with AT&T which would love to tap into Sprint & Verizon's wireless anywhere market share.

Maybe that was one of AT&T's motivations towards giving Apple such a powerful and lucrative deal around the iPhone.
