Who will end up buying Yahoo!? Microsoft or News Corp?

News Corp will in my opinion. Yang will do everything in his power to prevent a MS takeover. He doesn't have any respect for MS and loves his company to the point where his blind to the events happening around him.

A news corp deal makes more sense with the MySpace juggernaut and would be better for both companies as it would result in less layoffs. How News Corp will end up being able to afford Y! given the current financial crisis is unknown, but I don't have a doubt the Murdoch can figure out a deal.
