Some of the ones that I have seen online, where you just type in the domain name are way off. I took a look at some companies that have 7 figure yearly revenues, and found that the quick online tools put the calculation at $2-5,000. I'm looking for something deeper. More than one, if possible, to evaluate a domain.

There isn't a tool out there that can value domains. Domains aren't worth a thing if you don't have a buyer. What is your domain? Are you able to compare your domain to recently sold domains to get a comparison. If it is a common one word dictionary item you are likely to make a fair amount of money, otherwise, I hope your a good salesmen. I have heard good things about Afternic (http://www.afternic.com/), for domain listing buy sell etc.. Have you thought about listing with a minimum price?

I agree with TV below. There is not system or algorithm out there than can input a domain and spit out a valuation.
Domain valuation is identical to real estate valuation. What is someone willing to pay. What are similar names going for. And what are the economic conditions in the tech industry.
What's your domain name?
