Structuring a business is a very important aspect of forming a company. Depending on the state you will be conducting said venture, I would suggest looking into the tax implications and the fact that some structure offerlimited liability to the business owners. This aspect of limited liability is important since you are repairing pools and could be sued for a botches job. Also, I am certain you must be bonded and insured. Don't balk at business books for dummies they offer superb informal education advice. I recommend browsing your local book store for such books.
