What do Angel Investors want to see?

I'm looking to bring a popular international franchise into the country and will most likely need to find a few angel investors for seed funding. What sort of plans would I prepare to show these prospective investors considering it is a franchise?

Like most investors, angels are going to want to see the likelihood of revenue growth. More importantly the angel investor will be looking for a high return.

Angel investors also look to invest in business that relate to areas of their own expertise as they'll want to leverage their network and expertise.

Your situation may be difficult for angel funding if you have a well established franchise. In the majority of cases angels are looking to get in on a business before it takes off. So not that challenge.

Lastly, you'll want to find an angel investor near the area you plan to live and setup shop. The closer the investor, the more likely funds will materialize.

How much seed funding are you looking for? I wonder if an Angel is the way to go from your details above. I'm thinking not.

If you really have a net flow of cash then loans is easy and best. Angel investors look for solidness in execution and experience more than risky returns.
