According to INC.com, all Entrepreneurs: ": They all want to open a restaurant."

On a more serious note...

All successful entrepreneurs generally have the following qualities: drive, belief, motivation, and innovation. The most important quality is endurance, as starting your own business takes a tremendous amount of energy and time. Several entrepreneurs fail due to Entrepreneur Burnout.

Entrepreneurship is in the blood. Entrepreneurs do it for the control, the risk, and the reward. They want to take something that they are passionate about to the market so that maybe others will become passionate about whatever it may be that is sold. They want to be noticed. I consider myself an entrepreneur. I want to be respected just like I respect other successful entrepreneurs. I want to be exhausted at night knowing that I worked hard on something that will pay off someday. I want to make money.... but a different type of money. A money that could only come by way of entrepreneurism.

I've known a number of entrepreneurs and one of the common qualities they all seem to share is a desire to "be their own boss." Not that all entrepreneurs are power-happy and most, if not all, have to be able to work well with others to be successful, but ultimately, they seem to like to work under their own direction.

I'm curious - do other people reading this answer agree?

The entrepreneurs I know want the freedom to do their own thing. Neat question!

It has been my experience that successful entrepreneurs all share a sincere passion for what they do with an understanding that adding massive value to their marketplace precedes a massive income from the business.
