Facebook offers FLYERS, start there.
You can choose to target by both gender and age. In addition, you can choose to run your Flyer on all networks or to target it to specific colleges and locations. If you choose to target your Flyer to specific colleges, you will have the option to target your Flyer to undergrads, grad students, or alumni.
That solution should provide you with flexibility to not only reach college students, but at the school of your choice!

College students often read their school's newspapers for information about current events, entertainment, job opportunities, etc. - these are an excellent place to advertise, given that this age group wields billions in discretionary spending. Offering a discount code or coupon through the newspaper ad that students can use or even asking where the individual heard about can indicate how many customers you are receiving from this ad campaign. By thinking about the services you are offering, the target age group, educational level, occupational goals, etc. that you want to reach, you can determine the best school newspapers to advertise in.
If you choose to advertise on television, surveys show that students tend to watch more in the spring, rather than the fall, as the year comes to a close. This is a good thing to keep in mind as you are scheduling your advertisements.
