We would like to host a listserve for our client base. We have 60 users and 200 comments/responses/month. What options do we have?

You need to use Google Groups, a free service. You don't want to setup a listserv with a small unsecure company, especially if you have personal data.

Create your group here: http://groups.google.com/groups/create

What's so Great about Google Groups
1. It is free
2. Google adds credibility
3. Users can contribute to the group via email or online
4. Customize the look and feel including colors and logos
5. Full control over Access Level: Public, Private, or (Restricted - People must be invited to join the group. Only members can post messages, read the archives, view the members list, create pages and upload files. Your group and its archives do not appear in public Google search results or the directory.)
6. It is easy and takes little to no time to setup

Yahoo Groups offers a similar product to Google Groups which is equally fantastic and mature. In either case go with a hosted solution that is free and secure from either Y! or G!. Unless your a competitor of Yahoo! or Google.
