We have 60 locations nationwide & I would like our clients to be able to network, ask & answer questions of each other. What are my options?

I would like this to be for our clients only and I'd like to be able to remove any postings that are inappropriate. How do we set this up, launch and monitor it successfully?

Sounds like you just want a bulletin board or forum site that your clients can login to and post and/or reply. Meanwhile, your company will be able to log in as an administrator on the backend and delete postings, update listings, and so on.

Any good web development and information systems company can do this for you. They are all over, but expect to pay a pretty penny because of bandwith & space.

Like I said, you don't want to go to just anyone to do this for you. Find a good company with a decent portfolio and possible examples. When you explain to them what you want, they should take care of you and give you more information and terminology as it pertains to what you want done.

I would go more in the direction of TonyLiu. If you're communicating about company information you'll want a solution that you can restrict by IP address. That way your employees will not be able to access the system away from work. (or if they do, have them do it through a VPN).

Definitely find a reputable company. You're basically in need of an intranet that will allow incoming VPN connections.

If you do go with a simple bulletin board, be sure to host it on a server that you have full control over. If you have 60 locations chances are you already have a server.
