Recently heard about PETA's "Got Pus? Milk Does" campaign, which is being put all over mugs, t-shirts, and other merchandise. The California Milk Processor Board is threatening to sue unless PETA turns over all the merchandise and the profits. Does the Board have a case? Will we see serious decreases among milk sales?

Whether the California Milk Processor Board has a case will boil down to whether PETA's claims are true. Regardless of the legal merits, the campaign will surely have an impact on consumers' minds when drinking milk. I doubt it will hurt the industry that much overall though.
