Recommendations for sending large files to friends and clients?

I'm looking for sites that will allow me to send files to friends and clients. Large files. Securely.

I've used Pando for sending large files/ISOs/.zip (500mb+) files. It uses a P2P protocol for sending the file. You upload the file to Pando's servers, and send the recipient a small stub file. The recipient then downloads the stub file, and then using Pando, downloads the file from both your PC and Pando's servers. You can shutdown your PC once you've uploaded.

Free email services all have limitations, although Gmail is by far the best. You would be best off with either a great shared hosting account, a dedicated server, or your own server. If you are interested in top-quality shared hosting, contact me through www.derekconjar.com on the contact page. I have some great hosting plans.

www.SendAlong.com is private, free, and completely ad/spam free - it allows files up to 100MB for free accounts, up to 1GB for paid accounts. There's also a free 15 day trial for paid accounts, so if you want something with more bandwidth and advanced features like download tracking, SSL, and password protection, feel free to use the 15 day free trial.

Oh, BTW, I'm the owner and developer of SendAlong:).
