Investing in College. Where can start learning about investing and trading?

I'm a college freshmen at the University of Michigan. Go Wolverines, yada yada

I'm talented with numbers and would like to start using that talent now, not later.

I'm interested in starting my invest future while in college. I'm young and have little to lose. The courses at my school, not surprisingly don't offer what I'm looking for. perhaps when I'm a senior, 4 years from now. no thanks..

where can I learn about trading, options, bonds successfully? any positive guidance or resources you could recommend would be great.

If anyone knows of any investment clubs or groups near the U of Michigan, please share.

I'm not going to talk you out of actively trading. Some do well and a lecture does nothing.

Before learning about trading, technical, fundamental whatever, you need to educated yourself on money.

Start with simple books by Suze Orman such as The Road to Wealth: A Comprehensive Guide to Your Money. When you've finished that one, message me we'll talk and I'll point you to your next book.
