I would like to refinance a 300,000 home. I want a loan of $173,000, and no debt consolidation. Can you suggest some reptuable loan lenders? retired

I presently have an ARM, and know that the rate is going down. I am on a fixed income but have good credit. If I had someone co-sign with me would it help. Wachovia, has just turned me down. I am not sure yet why. I would really like to refinance before the rated go up. What other details do you need?

Try Bank of America. Do you really think rates are going up anytime soon? I do not. Don't rush into anything.

What state are you in?
