i would like to buy a home but my husband doesnot put in any down. only want to pay monthly . doesn't want to pay any additional bill gas, phone,tras
would it legal for me to put my name only instead joint names. if we divorce can he still get have of my property? the reson i donot want to put his name because he want to bowrrow equity line to pay off his debt > 30000. we are mary but i donot know any thing about him., only morning leave home get home at nite. not thing more than that. the debt realse when i ask for money to buy home. is this a fair married?
