i was fire on my first pregnacy then rehire when go back to work. i also fire on the second prenancy . how do they count the hour working? start from

rehire day or on april 2006. second maternity leave on dec 22 07 to march 07 08. got fire on 2/28/08 . i did not use up 3mo yet. also HR cash out my time vacation money and send to to on the last pay check so i don't have any more vacation hour.

  1. DanielleR: I'm sorry - what is your exact question? Also, it is illegal to be fired for being pregnant. If this is what happened to you, you should consult a lawyer!
