bought house in april 2006 he moved out july 2006--pd no $$ while living there--i have paid all payments as of yet--approx 39,000.00 which is all just about interest and now he wants me to give him 6600.00 to sign quit clm deed or sell the house which he wants 50% of proceeds---hahahaha--how can he do this when he has no $$ in house???
