Has anyone use TheLadders.com for a job search before?

I'd appreciate hearing your experiences and recommendation.

Thanks

I have not used TheLadders, but I work with a competing site called RiseSmart, which uses actual human beings to match jobs to subscribers. It costs about the same as TheLadders and is worth checking out: www.risesmart.com.

Comments

  1. bahellman: How do the results from RiseSmart compare with TheLadders?
  2. orchardo: In both cases, you'll be receiving only higher-end job listings, generally $75k and above. TheLadders serves up listings supplied by recruiters, so they're limited to that. RiseSmart searches over a million job listings across the Web -- job boards, corporate HR sites, etc. -- and then a person called a RiseSmart Concierge looks at your profile and resume and sends you only the best matches. So it can save you quite a bit of time, and let you feel confident that you've searched the whole Web.
