False information was sent in on my home loan, what can I do?

It has forclosed because I cound not handle it.

This sounds like Mortgage Fraud, which is not uncommon especially in the current market. You'd be surprised to hear how frequently mortgage fraud occurs. The FBI regularly investigates such cases.

From the information you have disclosed, you'll need to contact an attorney to start prosecution.
