Does anyone recommend reading Jim Cramer's books?

Getting started in investing is important to me. I'm in college and want to make a fortune early in my life. Where do I start? I've been reading online but I need more. I watch Cramer on CNBC, he doesn't stop talking about his books. Is there any value there?

I don't want to waste my like. I read the rich dad poor dad serious and feel that for all the hours I spent reading the book the information could have been presented in about 20 minutes.

If your looking for a fun read go for it. I wouldn't read the books expecting to learn in depth trading knowledge. His first book is great (Confessions of a Street Addict), after that it is all down hill. Cramer's latest book especially.

I would highly suggest starting out by first reading: "Reminiscences of a Stock Operator" The book is a classic.
