Do companies that offer " very good" 401K plans, actually profit themselves from these plans?

There are possible tax benefits in establishing a 401k plan in a company. Companies can receive up to $500 dollars a year for three years for setting up a 401k plan.

In most cases, small companies spend FAR....... more than $500 to create a 401k plan for the company. Most companies won't work with small companies under 50 employees, this results in a low quality 401k plan. Companies 100 or more can usually get a VERY GOOD plan.

But companies themselves don't directly profit. These are benefits that are required to attract and retain top talent.
