Diamond Class Action Settlement: How do I know if I am Eligible?

I heard on the radio that the worlds largest diamond miner, South Africa's De Beers group, will pay $300 million to settle a price fixing lawsuit.

how do you know if you are eligible to cash in?

  1. TonyLiu: To clarify: The Settlement has two parts. First, the Settlement provides that the Defendants will pay a total of $295 million for the benefit of Class Members plus up to $7 million for the costs of providing notice of the Settlement terms to the Indirect Purchaser Class.

Unless you purchased a large # of diamonds as a jeweler, you are at best look at 50 dollars. You also need your original receipt.
