Can someone explain this easement deed to me in plain english?"A nonexclusive easement for ingress, egress, fenceline, carport & incidental rights..cont

thereto in the existing location of the same on,over, across and THROUGH the following described property: A portion of Lots 13 and Lot 17." Then it gives all the surveyors readings and marker locations, which most are missing. These readings were cut & pasted from the sellers grant deed and our grant deed also has the exact same property description. Then at the bottom of the 2nd page it reads"The above easement is appurtenant to and for the benefit of the following described propery: Adjusted Lots 12, 13 and 18." So everyone that surrounds our property has use of it and guess what, they're ALL related! We're stuck with a house/lot that no one in their right mind would touch. We wouldn't have either if we had known about it.

You should have been made aware in some degree about any easements against your property. The above copy sounds like it was clearly intended to confuse and/or cover up facts. You need to consult with a local real estate attorney.
