My team is being overworked to make a deadline. They have already been told to cancel their holiday vacations plans as we will most definitely be working to ship a product and then support it.
Any ideas on how I can increase my teams moral/performance?

If your team is being overworked I'd schedule a outing off-site soon after the deadline. You should schedule the outing now, so that the team can work towards the event.
Moving forward, do everything to prevent such deadlines, especially when you are having your team work during the holiday's. YOU can look forward to turnover issues.
More Generally:
Communicate the following to your team clearly:
1. Objectives
2. Responsibilities
3. Moral
4. Support

While it may seem counter-intuitive, take a break now -- take them out to pizza, off-site. Buy some nerf guns and let them have at each other for awhile. Play some video games. Sometimes, in the midst of a tight deadline, people need to be distracted from the stress and just blow of some steam for a few hours. The alternative is that they spin their wheels due to being so stressed that they don't know where to start and waste even more time in the process.
Depending on what motivates your team, perhaps an incentive is in order? Meet the deadline and get some comp time, as someone else suggested? Or everyone gets and ipod? Rewards can go a long way to show your appreciation. Remember, they are giving up their holiday vacations for the company -- for a lot of people that is a HUGE sacrifice, so don't undervalue their commitment. It needs to be recognized and rewarded.
