Can anyone recommend capital market experts on and residing IN vietnam? (saigon, hanoi)

i'm heading out to Vietnam to meet with a few advisors for a fund but we're running into a few walls being able to connect with tried, tested and ethical entities we could work with.

anyone have any suggestions? most of these firms have tied up with a foreign partner. we're looking for a sub-advisor (not a joint venture or merger) to work with a US based fund. any leads of asset/fund managers, etc. would be appreciated.
