Go to your local craigslist or other community forum for exchanges of goods and services. if you're based out of the US, put out an ad or search for people actually tutoring spanish (certified or not) over skype. you can actually get a tutor from many spanish speaking countries and have them tutor you for 10 cents on the dollar of what it would cost for you to get such personal tutoring (we're talking south american as opposed to european spanish speakers)
