Are companies that offer to find financing or tax credits for commission an interesting approach ?

It seems to be a win-win solution for all. Does not cost a dime if nothing is found but they will take 10-15% of what you get. You end up with more money than you had in the end if they find something.

That sounds interesting and as you said very little to lose other than time working and reviewing with the company. Does this company require you to sign anything up front? Have you had your attorney review such documents?

I'm pretty curious as a new person on the site. What is the company that offers such a service?

  1. Mixmtl: It is quite common here in Canada. I will continue my research and try to post names here.
