I am a male 51 yr. old.I got hurt on the job. I had worked for the Co. 18 yr. as a foreman.I was hurt in1998. I am receiving Social Security-disabilty and Workman's Comp. I injured my lower back, neck and shoulders. The injury also caused problems with my bladder. Workman's Comp. wants to settle bad. I am seeing my lawyer today to talk. Nothing will happen until after the first of the year. I have all ready turned down 1 million. My average wages according to W.C. is $750.00 a week. My life expectancy is 26 and one half yr. My medication alone is close to $2000.00 a month. This is with out the Botox injections in my thorax region and facet blocks in my lower back. I also see a shrink 2 times a month. I will let you know more after I speak with my lawyer today.
