I own and run a full-service creative agency with my wife. We have a staff of 8 people and are located in a small growing town in Southwest Washington. I've been in the creative and technical services industries for over 10 years and have learned a lot from previous employers about what works and what doesn't. I consider myself good at relating to and managing (although I don't like that term) creative personalities and I hope I can offer some help here, as well as gain some insight into questions I have, too.
